You already know what is not working. You have probably known for a while. What you need is not another 50 minutes of talking about it. You need a structured, uninterrupted afternoon to actually see it, name it, and walk away with a clear direction forward.
The 4-Hour Therapeutic Intensive is a single, focused clinical session built around Relational Narrative Imaging Therapy, my own clinical method. In four structured hours, you move through narrative mapping, pattern deconstruction, future visioning, and a concrete 30-day plan. Not a workshop. Not a retreat. A private, clinical session with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been doing this work for over 20 years. This is a focused, strategic, neurobiological, narrative-driven session designed for people who need clarity now, not months from now.
If any of this sounds like where you are right now, book a consultation and we will confirm the fit before you commit.

Weekly therapy is valuable. It is also slow by design. The weekly rhythm builds insight gradually, which is exactly right for some people and some situations.
But weekly sessions also mean that between each appointment, the week happens. You get busy, you compartmentalize, you come back and you are starting from where you left off rather than building from it.
An intensive removes that gap. Four uninterrupted hours means the insight compounds within the session rather than dispersing across weeks. By hour three you are working with material that, in a weekly format, might have taken three months to surface.
What makes this intensive specifically different from other intensive formats is the clinical method underneath it. The RNIT approach is not a general framework applied to any presenting concern. It is a structured, specific method for mapping generational patterns, deconstructing the cycles they produce, and building a concrete alternative. The four hours are designed to move through those stages in sequence, which is why the structure matters.
We identify the dominant story you have been living, the generational messages that built it, and the attachment patterns shaping your relationships and decisions. Most clients find that seeing this map clearly for the first time is the single most clarifying moment of the session.
We break down the specific cycles, emotional scripts, and neurobiological responses keeping you stuck. Using Strategic Therapy principles and relational neuroscience, we trace where the pattern comes from and exactly how it maintains itself. You stop being inside the pattern and start being able to see it.
Using the RNIT method I developed over 20 years of practice, we map your preferred future: the identity, the relationships, the internal story you actually want to inhabit. This is not visualization. It is a structured clinical process for building a concrete alternative to the story that brought you here.
You leave with a written 30-day plan, specific action steps, and a narrative framework you can use independently. We close with a clear discussion of what, if anything, makes sense as a next step after the intensive, whether that is a follow-up session, ongoing weekly work, or nothing at all.

Yes. The intensive is available for individuals and couples. For couples, the four hours follow the same structure but the narrative mapping and relational imaging work is done jointly. Both partners need to attend the 15-minute pre-session consultation before booking.
Intensive slots are offered a few times per month and fill quickly. The free 15-minute consultation is the first step. From there, we schedule the intensive based on availability. Book the consultation as early as possible if you have a timeline in mind.
A 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy applies. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee. Life happens, and I understand that. Please reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
