To everyone else, you look fine. You’re managing work, maintaining relationships, maybe even thriving on the surface. But inside? You’re exhausted. Anxious. Going through the motions but feeling disconnected from yourself and what actually matters.
Maybe you’ve been telling yourself it’s normal. Maybe you think if you just work harder, sleep better, or “think more positively,” it’ll get better on its own. But deep down, you know something has to change.

Your brain won't shut off. You're constantly replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or criticizing yourself.
You've spent so long being what everyone else needs that you've lost touch with what YOU actually want
You feel selfish for prioritizing yourself. You're exhausted from taking care of everyone else while neglecting your own needs.
You achieved the goals you were "supposed" to achieve, but now you're wondering "Is this it?"
You say yes when you mean no. You avoid conflict at all costs. You're terrified of disappointing people.
One version at work, another with family, another with friends. You're exhausted from code-switching and performing.
Yes, and we’ll do it together.
Individual therapy isn’t about lying on a couch while someone nods and says “tell me more about your childhood.” It’s an active, collaborative process where you gain insight AND tools.
Session 1-2: Assessment & Goal-Setting
We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what patterns might be keeping you stuck. By the end of session 2, you’ll have clarity on what we’re working toward.
Session 3-8: Understanding Patterns
We’ll dig into the “why” behind your feelings and behaviors. I’ll explain the neurobiology of anxiety, depression, and stuck patterns, so you understand what’s happening in your brain and nervous system. Knowledge is power.
Session 9-20: Reauthoring & Skill-Building
This is where transformation happens. We’ll interrupt old narratives, build new coping strategies, and practice showing up differently. You’ll learn tools you can use outside our sessions.
Session 20+: Integration & Maintenance
As things improve, we’ll shift to less frequent sessions, every other week, then monthly check-ins. The goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever; it’s to empower you to live well without me.
I don’t just give you coping strategies. I help you understand WHY you’re stuck. What’s happening in your brain, what patterns you’ve inherited, and how your nervous system is responding to stress. Knowledge empowers change.
Most clients resolve their core concerns within 6 months. Not because we rush healing, but because we work strategically and focus on what actually moves the needle.
Whatever you’re dealing with, shame, guilt, trauma, identity struggles, cultural conflict, I’ve likely helped someone navigate something similar. You won’t shock me, and you won’t be judged.
Every session, you’ll walk away with something actionable, a new perspective, a coping skill, a boundary script, or a way to reframe a stuck thought. Therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about transformation.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you access your own wisdom, agency, and clarity. You’re the expert on your life. I’m just the guide.

Most clients see meaningful progress within 6 months (approximately 24 sessions for individuals, 12-24 for couples). We check in regularly to assess progress and adjust as needed.
Let’s talk for 15 minutes (free). I’ll tell you honestly whether I think I can help with what you’re facing, and if not, I’ll point you toward resources that can.
Individual therapy focuses on YOUR internal experience. Your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and personal growth. Couples therapy addresses relationship dynamics between two people. Many clients do both: individual work to understand themselves better, and couples work to improve their relationship.
That’s totally normal. Many clients start therapy with a vague sense of “something’s wrong” but can’t quite name it. Part of our early work together is gaining clarity on what’s actually driving your feelings, and what needs to change.
Therapy only works when you have the right therapist and the right approach for YOU. If past therapy felt too slow, too vague, or like you were just rehashing the same stuff without progress, this will be different. Let’s talk about what didn’t work before so we can make sure this time does.
No. I’m not here to give you a list of instructions. I’m here to help you gain clarity, understand your patterns, and access your own wisdom so YOU can make decisions that feel right for you.
